How to Install PG Admin 4 on Linux Mint

1. Go to https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin/pgadmin4/apt/jammy/dists/pgadmin4/main/binary-amd64/

2. Download the following files and install them in the following order

libpq5_16.1-1.pgdg22.04+1_amd64.deb 
libpq-dev_16.1-1.pgdg22.04+1_amd64.deb 
pgadmin4-server_8.0_amd64.deb  
pgadmin4-desktop_8.0_amd64.deb
